"The rooms were clean, but the halls were dirty (the carpet in the hallway was an eyesore and had an odor). The outdoor pool was often closed for cleaning. I do not gamble and did not use the casino. The sushi place was terrific; the Tides restaurant was pricey and not worth it; the food was not in accordance with the price. The customer service was on and off. Some of the staff were kind and delightful, and others completely standoffish and rude at times."

"Marina and deck area - excellent boardwalk for walking and sitting. We enjoyed the outdoor areas. Bathroom facilities downstairs from restaurant - need repairs and thorough cleaning daily. On Sunday morning there was a ceiling leak that wasn’t attended to for hours. Guest room - shower’s need to be descaled and scrubbed and grout cleaned. Room - nice and spacious room. A bit musty smelling; we saw the canisters to absorb moisture. Maybe those need to be changed more frequently. AC...
