"We knew it was under renovation and that was not the issue.
The breakfast area was filthy even with a staff on duty. They were keeping water in the oil spray for waffles. Garbage was overflowing

"My wife and I had a two day mini break at Grey Eagle and found that the pool was closed and the walkway connecting the hotel to the casino was no longer in operation. The hotel staff accommodated us to a great extent apologizing fir the disruption caused by the ongoing major renovations and construction due to the entire resort upgrades. Front office manager Stevie was so professional as were all of the staff we encountered during our stay. Little Chef restaurant was its usual high standard...

"Hotel was clean, staff were polite and helpful.
Room was very minimal. I would give higher rating but the Shower was so narrow we couldn't shower without the shower curtain sticking to your body.. Not a pleasurable experience. For the Price, there should have been a breakfast included."

"The staff were very helpful.
The room was only cleaned once during a 10 day stay. Towels were always available upon request at front desk. The breakfast was the same each day. Which found us searching for breakfast elsewhere for a change. What was offered was good. Just no variety. The hot tub and pool were a hit with the family!"
