We had an ocean view room, and the view was great. However, there were a couple of things that needed attention. Our bathroom ceiling had a spot from a leak that looked like it might fall through. Secondly, the mattress felt extremely hard—after a few hours it felt like we were laying on bricks. ...

Hilton Vacation Club Ocean Beach Club Virginia Beach
We stayed in a one-bedroom suite. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped. However, the room had an unpleasant odor, and the sofa bed mattress was not comfortable. The employee was very helpful in resolving the mattress issue.

Surfbreak Virginia Beach Oceanfront, an Ascend Collection Hotel
