Nord-Est

"Personal allgemein sehr freundlich, allerdings spricht niemand deutsch.

"Gentilezza, accoglienza, simpatia, pulizia, posizione : questi i punti di forza di Delo.

"I think it is the most beautiful hotel we ever stayed at. The lobby is gorgeous! The stuff is very friendly and accommodating. Everything is super clean, beds are comfortable. Breakfast is included and has a lot of tasty choices. We will be back!"

"Staff was super helpful!"

"Great service, everyone was very courteous. We stayed at the apart hotel not at the main hotel. Breakfast was great as well and the apartment was very convenient."

"Staff were friendly and promptly ordered my taxi for my departure. Air con was excellent in the hot summer weather and the room was very clean and well presented in an older Italian style. A very comfortable stay."

"We stayed in a large suite with breakfast brought to the room each morning, a Murano glass chandelier presiding over it all. Perfect 40th anniversary quarters. This is a boutique hotel in the historic area with no parking of its own, so plan for that - you drop off your bags and park in public parking across the bridge. A real value compared to our hotel in Lake Como, and comparable in value to upscale in Venice."

"I was incredibly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. It is advertised as a 4-star property, but the reality falls far short of that standard. The room was very worn and desperately needs an upgrade. The bathroom was dated and poorly maintained, featuring broken tiles, loose panels, and visible mould. To make matters worse, there was a very bad smell in the room that made the stay quite unpleasant. Breakfast was very basic and highly disappointing. The food items were never refreshed during...
