Breakfast is outstanding, offering a wide selection of high-quality, delicious food and drinks. The setting makes it even more special — the breakfast restaurant is located right by the beach, providing beautiful morning views that enhance the entire experience. Dining at Ruinas del Mar is also a highlight. The restaurant has a unique and charming atmosphere, surrounded by water features and fish-filled pool, creating a relaxing and memorable setting. The dishes are flavorful and well-prepared. While the service could be improved slightly, it does not take away from the overall positive experience. The rooms are spacious, modern, and recently renovated, giving a fresh and comfortable feel throughout the stay. "The hotel was right on the beach with access to two pools. Breastfed buffet offered a variety of different food and was 2 min walk to a cafe on property. Directly across the street was evening entertainment from restaurants with live music and many vendors. I found it to be very walkable to mini supermarket and butterfly farm."

"Great location but reception staff very rude. The hotel itself needs upgrades and better cleaning. Had all inclusive packages but still had to pay for beach umbrellas and were told we are being charged last day of stay. Initially we were told that palapas are not free and have to be reserved. I think they don’t tell you on purpose. We were charged 40$ for umbrellas each day. "

Very clean, has multiple water bottle stations outside, location is perfect, right on the beach, Staff was amazing and very helpful when our flight got canceled and we had to stay and extra night.
