"The resort is gorgeous! Location couldn't be better. Winks, the resorts beach front dining, has a fire show every night at 8:30 P.M. Breakfast buffet was delicious! I had to wake up by 8AM to get beach loungers but the pool always had spots. The are a lot of mosquitoes. The resort provides repellent, but I bought more at 7-eleven. The jasmine bushes were so fragrant. It really is paradise. P.s. there's security 24 hours. I felt so safe. I barely locked my room door. "

"Average not a Resort facilities, non English staff who do not understand, Breakfast could be better"

"Breakfast was decent. Staff friendly and helpful. We were given a lesser room than booked, a bit disappointing. The sink in our bathroom didn’t drain properly and the water ran all over the floor. We reported it but it did not get fixed in the 2 days we were there. Had to ask for a kettle to make coffee and were given one right away. Room amenities are bare minimum. Nice location. Lots of trees. Balcony. Close to beach."

"This was a return visit (we had a short stay last year) this hotel is amazing, it’s clean the parking is easy, the roof top bar has a lovely with a great food/drink menu, breakfast was great, it’s next to the mall, but what makes this hotel special is the fantastic Mimi she’s a real star ⭐️ also the rest of the staff were amazing thanks to you all for making our stay memorable "

"Resort did not even have a soap holder. Taxi from hotel to the pier was 20 baht per person. I had 2 ppl & there was another couple with us. The lady at the front desk charged 100 baht for the 4 of us because she said we had our own taxi. We should consider as sharing because we pay separate. She said unless we share with other people, then it’s 20 baht. My advise is if you go with other people, you check out separate so you don’t have to pay more for taxi. This is a scam & I will not come back to Diamond. "
