The check-in is very efficient; they staff has everything prepared. The grounds are beautiful landscaped with a large pool facing the sea. Comfortable in all means. "eveerything about this hotel is excellent but in particular was the kindness and caring of all the staff unfortunetly i was quite poorly for the week i was in hua hin the concern the staff showed me was above and beyond especially the hotel maids checking on me through the day thank you so much for making a bad situation so bearable i will never forget your kindness thank you so much i would not hesitate to stay here again and thoroughly recommend this hotel"

"My room is on 3 third floor, and when I get in to the room my bedroom is on 4 floor. I am 77 years old I have to climb all day that stairs with bad knees, I already have bad knee, I have to go up and down for 15 day. My knees got really bad. and the cleaning lady didn’t come clean for five day inside is so called condo do not have stoves or microwave. It had one electric tea pot. It had dishes, so I can’t cool or warm up anything. the pillow was so hard and big it hurt my neck so bad I keep going to get a massage. Around of pool it’s had so many steps, in fact one old man trip and falls, I think he broke his wrist . "
