"I had really enjoyed the Grand Baths. Although at first, I was very self conscious about being naked, as the time passed, I was more into the different baths itself. My favourite was the outdoor bath with the hot water and cold breeze. It was very refreshing."

"Surprisingly good. I was a bit worried when reading google review, turns out this hotel became my favourite spot for the whole trip. The Onsen and food are just perfect. Onsen area is well maintained, variety of choices and clean water. Food is in room service, so you can take the time to enjoy without any distractions. Only thing is that my room is close to the elevator, but it’s quiet in general. "

"The room was very spacious and clean, but one thing I didn't enjoy was the smel of bug killer spray. I think I wasn't lucky. I'm sure the room usually doesn't smel. The food was amazing. "

"Property need to go through some upgrades. Stay at room 346 for 3 nights. Room ceiling has dust and moulds around washing sink. It is also noisy in the middle of the night can hear noise , push/dragging if furniture sound coming from the dining area cause room is directly above it. Bed sheets has holes too , lol. Onsen is nice however the drying/ beauty area has 2 hair dryer not in working condition. May not be worth the $ . "
