Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main
Clean but we had a really really really small room. I am aware that rooms are generally small in Tokyo but the size was not specified while we booked. So we had a shock when we went in. Now we know why it wasn't stated about the size while other rooms have.

Hotel Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo
Great breakfast, unfortunately the beach and outdoor pool was closed. Apparently the beach opens March 14th. The property even though away from the main is easy to travel back n forth on bus that comes onto the property directly from airport. And to get around. Beautiful resort

THE KNOT TOKYO Shinjuku
Nice hotel, inexpensive option for Tokyo, the rooms are small but clean, all the staff are great! Right across the street from a park, walk to train station and Kabukichō district, plenty of "local food" places around if you want to try real local food and not tourist food.
