location was great, close to a bunch of restaurants and bars. parking was pretty far away, a few streets walk. the property itself rarely has staff, but they stock it up with the amenities you might need.

Close to Niseko for minimal price. Small rooms, don't travel with to much luggage. Parking few blocks away... but we ajust. Easy, it really feels like an apartment and not a hotel. Close to restaurant and train station.

The hotel is decent. Small rooms which are good for one small person, not two guys traveling together. The bunk bed mattress is thin. If you are over 140 pounds than it is pretty uncomfortable on the top. However the double room(one double bed) felt was fine. Hotel was clean and good, but in the bunk bed room there isn’t much space for the maids to clean around the framing, so it was dusty and dirty if anything fell behind. I have allergies, so it was not suitable. Convienient location to restaurants and stores.

Great location in Central Kutchan. You can pretend you live in a tiny home! Its small, but it works just fine! Had all the things we needed. Nice and cozy :)

Property is operated like a vending machine. No staff to check you in. This was ok. The rooms were very small and cramped but I was expecting this as we booked budget accommodation. Would have given it more stars except they only provided 1 pillow each which meant that we didn’t sleep well.

Bel emplacement pour la vie nocturne et les restaurants. Tout était propre et bien. La chambre est vraiment petite par contre. Nous sommes venus pour faire du snowboard et c'était un défi de trouver comment tout faire sécher pour le lendemain. Le stationnement n'est pas à l'hôtel même. Il faut marcher un peu (5-6minutes). Ça peut devenir irritant à la longue. Excellent rapport qualité prix, cela dit.

駅からも割と近く、近場には飲食店やコンビニも点在しているので、食事も困らず、快適に過ごせました。 アメニティなども一通り揃っていたのもよかったです。

昨年は良かったのに

昨年に続き今年も利用させていただきました。昨年はホテルの人の対応が非常に良く気持ちよく滞在出来ましたが、今年はチェックインの時から部屋の暗証番号が印字されないアクシデントから始まり、フロントの電話で問い合わせても、分かっているようなわかっていないような「少々お待ちください」の繰り返し。 何分待っても同じ言葉の繰り返しで、暗証番号すら探せない人は電話対応するべきではないです。 大人気なく語気を強めに話してしまう位頼りない対応でした。 昨年が良かっただけに残念です。 その他は設備も良く快適に過ごせました。
