The perfect getaway ...

We picked this spot by luck .. and boy, were we spot on! Everything is perfect. The staff is wonderful, helpful, knowledgable and friendly. The location is out of the way, but not so far that you can't do day trips. The property is beautiful and the rooms are cool and very well appointed. The pool was great in the afternoons. And the restaurant! Ahh, ahh, ahh! We will be back and we have already recommended the place to friends!

The grounds are nice but the management get the basics all wrong. Firstly, it is very lacking in generosity. The welcome drink is a water in a paper cup - they produce 400,000 bottles of wine a year. Our room had 1 can of water for 2 people. The coffee in the room was Nescafé sachets…in Italy! To make it worse they knew it was our honeymoon and that we had arrived upset because of an airline cancelling our flight. Pretty pathetic. Our room also stank from the toilet, was dark, and the robes were ridiculously worn and coarse, and one was dirty. The staff also forgot to follow up on things we asked about, such as the spa. We shared this disappointment when we left and they the offered us a complimentary wine. They also told us that they don’t treat you as well if you book via Expedia(!). So don’t do that. In fact, don’t book at all

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen! Das Personal bei Feudi del Pisciotto ist herzlich und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Das Abendessen war hervorragend – mit Show-Cooking-Charakter und exzellenten Weinen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und ideal, um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Stilvolle Zimmer in alten Gemäuern

Sehr schöne und stilvoll gestaltete Zimmer in alten Gemäuern eines noch aktiven Weingutes. Fühlten uns sofort wohl im Zimmer und das Bett war äusserst bequem. Sehr gutes inbegriffenes Frühstück und ich empfehle für das Abendessen auch das hauseigene Restaurant, in welchem die vor Ort produzierten Weine als Begleitung zur servierten Gourmet Küche probiert werden können. Der Service war im Restaurant wie auch im Hotel sehr herzlich und auf gutem Niveau. Die entspannteste und genussvollste Nacht unserer Sizilienreise!

La Toscana di Sicilia.

Luogo con enorme potenziale. Il concept raccontato da Anna, receptionist gentilissima e professionale, e da Margherita, la somelier esemplare che ci ha incantato e coinvolto nelle degustazioni, è ciò che ci ha particolarmente colpito: il connubio tra territorio, buon vino, design e moda. Da migliorare il ristorante, sia per pietanze proposte, che per il personale: la responsabile della sala assai sgarbata e poco professionale, ci fatto sentire a disagio con le sue risposte per poi ignorarci del tutto. Il ragazzo che serviva invece molto gentile..e paziente. Ottima la colazione e tutto il personale annesso. Siamo curiosi di vedere i nuovi ambienti in ristrutturazione. La Sicilia ha bisogno della rivalutazione di questi luoghi. Grazie.
