"Honesty probably the best beach resort we have ever stayed at. The place is small and intimate; literally right on the beach. Such a relaxing environment. The staff are very friendly and personable. The food at restaurant was some of the best we had in Sri Lanka… and very reasonable prices for the quality. The sunsets on the beach were amazing. It’s a quiet area, with not much to do but chill and relax! Spend 4 or 5 days here and you will forget all your worries in life! Highly highly recommend...

"Fabulous place!! The people here are so helpful and friendly! Well, it is Sri Lanka after all!! What a gem this hotel is, the spa treatments are fab and even though we didn't pay for meals to be included we have eaten most of our meals here, lovely!! Would definitely stay again. rooms are clean and spacious and the staff will supply you with anything you should need. Fab!!!"

"Serendivi Resort Villa was amazing! Right on the beach, Tropical Modernist architecture and an incredible view. We were looked after very well by Farees, Chefs Sanath and Vinodh and the Manager Prabath. Really delicious food. I wish we had stayed longer! "

Den tilhørende “restaurant” havde nærmest intet på menu-kortet, men vi skulle alligevel betale fuld pris. Området fremstod generelt øde og forladt (måske pga. færre turister denne sæson).
Vi aftale at tage til Rekawa Beach for at se skildpadder en af aftenerne, men da vi mødte op i restauranten på det aftalte tidspunkt, var...

A good place to relax and unwind including a super delicious restaurant. Only thing you have to be aware of, that there is absoultely NO tourism infrastructure around this place! No restaurants, no shops, no nothing! Nearest town is 40 mins. by local transport. But if you're looking for a calm and tranquil place to forget about...

This is not a luxurious hotel by any means, but would I stay here again, yes I would. Basic comforts were provided, including a mosquito net over the bed and a mosquito repellant plug in (much needed for the third friend who didn't have a mosquito net over her single bed). We were upgraded to an ocean view room on a top floor (lots of stairs), so...

"Lovely hotel was being repainted as we stayed just out of season. The pool and restaurant were great and the staff were very helpful. Be aware the hotel is a little remote from anything else out of season and there no real entertainment around out of season, however the area looks like it would be lively in the season but please note the hotel is still a fair walk to the next bar or hotel and 20 mins to the main strip so tuk tuk will be required "

waves a little high but we managed to enjoy our time in the water. We took a stroll in the evening to check out other nearby beachside restaurants and settled on dinner at The Twins. Everyone was accommodating and we had a lovely time."

"Very nice and very quiet chalet on a deserted beach. The location is literally on the beach. Ideal if you want tranquility. Just the sound of the waves! Our host was excellent and helped us with information we needed. There is a good restaurant next door and the Waves will provide good dinners at reasonable cost if you give them warning (as everything is freshly cooked). "
