"Hotel's address in Hotels.com is WRONG!!! NO A/C in the rooms!!! We found woman's hair on the linens. The guy at the reception is nice but solves none of your problems so don't expect too much. Restaurant is expensive and staff is rude. Breakfast is very good and food at restaurant as well only thanks to the very nice guy in the kitchen and his wife we presume (only bright aspect of the hotel)."

When telling this to the host, he mentioned that rooms are cleaned every day, if that is true (which we do not believe), the standard of cleaning is equal to non-existent. Also he said that someone will be sent to solve the bathroom leakages, but it did not happen. "

"Stay Here!!! Amazing property directly on the bay. Very quiet and fun historic waterfront walking and multiple dinning options. Wonderful hotel. Multiple water taxis to access Lady of the Rock or get across the bay. Hotel staff is next level amazing and kind. The local residents of Perast and neighboring towns are amazing, kind, friendly, funny and helped us make lasting memories. We will stay again "
