大浴場が広くてよかった。混雑になっていたが脱衣所は少し混んでいたが、浴場の方は広かったので混雑せずに入れた。 テレビがどのボタンを押しても動かずWi-Fiも繋がらなかった。

チェックアウトの延長で、勘違いで会員になれば無料なのをわかってなくて会員になったのに料金払ってしまったことを親切に教えて頂いてキャンセル手続きまでして頂きました。 とても親切に対応して頂きました。 お部屋もお風呂も綺麗でエアコンの効きも良くてテレビも大きくてお水もコーヒー（インスタント）もお部屋に用意されていてとても良かったです。 特に廊下がとても涼しくて暑がりの自分としては最高でした。 またぜひ利用したいと思います。

そんなに大きくない二輪バイク1台での宿泊でしたが、バイク用の駐輪場が無く、駐輪場を自分で探すよう伝えられ、周りの駐輪場はほとんどバイクは止めれず駐輪場探すのに本当に大変でした。 結局、不安でしたが繁華街の近くにある無料駐輪場に止めての宿泊となりました。駐輪場を何処か？紹介してもらえなかったのが残念。他は大浴場など快適に過ごせました。

ちょうどお祭りの日と重なったからかホテルの駐車場が16時で満車になっていました。外の駐車場に入れましたが次の日もお祭りのため車両通行止になるのでその前にホテルの駐車場に移した方が良いかフロントで聞いたら持ってきてくださいと言われたので持って行くと駐車場の方が入れられないと断られました
