You cannot check in any earlier than 4:00. The lobby and the 2nd floor area was full of people waiting to get in. We ended up sitting on the floor waiting till 4:00. Some people in our area called the hotel right before 4:00 and were told they would have to wait no early check in. So, 4:00 arrives and the lobby area is packed with people waiting to check in. Finally, 25 minutes later was given my keys. We had 4 people in our room and were told only 3 towels and 2 facecloths and hand towels available. If we wanted more we would have to come downstairs or call for more. This made no sense to me. Staff were very nice as they had to deal with unhappy people which was not their fault. I will not be coming back to this hotel.

The room was ok. The AC is in the other room so it doesn’t flow well into bedroom. The door to the balcony that doesn’t open needs a curtain or blind to ensure darkness. Blackout drapes would be helpful. The towels are stained so new ones are needed. The beds were comfortable. The door to the hotel room sticks and needs a good slam or a big tug to open. The staff were friendly and helpful. Not worth the hefty price of Toronto.
