Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls
Hotel was ideal for our needs. location and view from our room, of Niagara Falls was unsurpassed. But $50 a day to park our car leaves a really bad taste! Apparently most of the hotels close to the Falls charge this and more.

Wyndham Grand Fallsview Hotel
somewhat clean room, decent view of the casino and buffalo. Hotel is connected to the casino (hilton is as well) which for me, makes it the easy choice of local hotels if you plan on gambling.
