Check in with Troy was a little complicated the entire time he sounded irritated. Although I wanted to upgrade he told me to look up the nightly rates online myself. He did not explained where the breakfast buffet or pool were. Or which elevator to take. Otherwise facility is beautiful the other hotel staff from valet Sam to The Keg waiter named Omar was wonderful and super friendly. He explained the menu. For us and the kids it was a hit. Food is delish! I just wish some people who are miserable with themselves change jobs. Since this hotel has great staff. Thank you everyone who smiled and even went as far to say good morning! That always makes it a plus for me and my family!

The views from the windows were beautiful! We had a 'partial' view and it was spectacular. The view at breakfast was also stunning. The hot breakfast was delicious. The suite was nice as it had a separate bedroom. Housekeeping had forgotten to clean our fridge and there were open pop cans in the fridge when we arrived. This was rather gross, but staff did give me free drink tickets to make up for it, which I was excited about.

The hotel is not bad. It is directly in front of Niagara Falls. The parking is $70 per night which I find a little expensive. There is no bath tub in the hotel but the shower size is decent.

I was in the hotel for one night they didn’t serve the breakfast even though breakfast was included. They didn’t give us any coupons or any discount for that. There was no hot water and the air conditioner wasn’t working properly

The hotel is older but is very well maintained. With a view of the falls, it is heard to go wrong.
The staff, from the valets to the servers we never ran into a grumpy or unfriendly person. Just a pleasure to be around such great caring people.

Bathroom in our room was not cleaned when we checked in. There was hair left in the bathtub and dried urine on the toilet seat. We told the front desk attendant he apologized and did not compensate us for this.

The hotel and room was clean. What we didnt like was we were told we would get bottle water and didnt received any. Also, the elevator, there was 5 and waited over 20 minutes on the floor to go down.

I loved the free upgrade to lake view, the pool and jacuzzi, and the gym alot. The room was clean and spacious. The buffet could have been more diverse though

The customer service was not help in the middle of the night when the heat And hot water went out. That happened early Wednesday afternoon. Thursday morning i woke up again to a freezing room and no hot water. It was very unpleasant for me my wife and 2 kids. We could not get any information from the front desk about the problem or when the heat and haot water would restored. We have no choice but to check out and leave. Our vacation was cut short and we regret staying at the hotel.

We have three different options for parking; We offer on-site full valet parking for 100 plus taxes and fees per night, as well as on-site self-parking for 70 plus taxes and fees per night. The final option is our off-site self-parking, for 35 plus taxes and fees per night. The offsite lot is located about a 2-minute drive down the street and we provide a shuttle to bring you to and from the lot as needed. All our parking options allow full in and out privileges.

The Keg restaurant was the only experience and place worth it. One of the people employees at the check in was kind of rude; same with the service room by phone; the red wine bottle was super expensive, really? And the person was like doing a big favour; wait,.. aren’t we clients?

The view from our room was fantastic and the room was small but comfortable. The only complaint was the broken vending machine and nowhere to get a snack after midnight. Vending machine stole my tokens and I got nothing.

The room was dirty when I checked in, even after they came up to clean it it was still dirty. The average wait for an elevator was 20 mins and I was on the 22nd floor so with 3 kids stairs wasn’t an option. The line for breakfast was so long we never got to eat either day. The room was tiny, the beds were tiny and everything was old and cheap and falling apart. They also told me $665 at check in but ended up taking $1100 off my card and only refunding me half of my deposit. I will never stay there again. I typically stay at Marriott my mistake for giving this place a chance.

The housekeeping is terrible.. room was dirty! And when I asked for it to be cleaned the came and did the bare minimum and didn’t even vacuum the floors.. I had to call for blankets, toilet tissue, tissues, bath wash it was a horrible mess ! I did not enjoy my stay at all… the service was just sad.

The shower was plugged and water stayed in while you were showering. The building was old and price for the service in total was higher than it should be.
