Egg breakfast was not good. Elevators took long. I thought I was stuck on 22nd floor had to run down few flights to catch my tour on time. The bell men were absolutely wonderful and great room and view. Also nice location.

The staff very very friendly and helpful in the hotel and in the restaurant for breakfast. We were upgraded to an amazing room with a fantastic view of the falls for a very small upcharge. Our stay was excellent

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They did their best to assist with any requests. It would be even better if a discounted parking rate were available, as the parking access road is quite narrow and a bit difficult to navigate.

We were here last year and decided to stay here again. This time our room and entire floor is newly renovated. Great staff, good breakfast, a lot of amenities, awesome view and close to everything.

My family and I have have gone to this hotel many times when it was called Embassy suites and they would offer continental breakfast and also offer complementary evening reception now that they have rebranded to Hyatt Regency they do not offer this. And also they had 2 bottle of water in the room but if the water was used they would charge you 3 dollars per bottle. The hotel overall is clean, the staff are very helpful and kind, it easy check in and check out, for parking you have many options. They also have have a pool and 2 hottubs, and gym which is nice and clean. I believe they also have laundry amenities. It close to the falls and if you booked fallsview room there is no obstruction to the view of the falls and you can also enjoy the fireworks from your room.

Beautiful hotel. Recently renovated. We were upgraded to a Presidential suite with an amazing view of the falls. Water pressure in the shower wasn't great. Some construction going on so it was a little noisy at times. They were having issues with the elevators also. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Stayed 1 night in a 2 bedroom (2 queen bed, 1 king bed) falls view room. The staff at from the front desk at check in to check out were friendly, accommodating and professional. The hotel has been renovated from the old embassy suites and looks great, the beds are comfy and the decor is nice. However, parking cost me $85 for on site and the A/C was off because they said they don’t turn it on until June? Therefore, we were all sweating all night as this was warm night in mid April. Also, I would recommend avoiding the STK restaurant in the hotel. Went for 4 of us and cost over $700 without alcohol and food was average at best.

Shuttle from the hotel to off site parking was super great they provide service 24/7 was told they operated every 15 mins but i nevwr waited over 5 mins. Rooms where clean and hotel staff was very friendly. The only downfall was that I got breakfast included which was hosted at the STK onsite restaurant and we waited over 2 hours to be serviced and was asked for our order more than 5 times by the waitress which seems like he kept forgetting what we ordered and twice other persons food was taken out to us. Manager came out and apologized. But poor service.Didn't went back for breakfast the next day.

We were pressured to upgrade our room upon check-in. The room was spacious and we had a great view of both falls, but the hotel was in disarray. Most elevators were not working and there are over 40 floors, so it caused a lot of delays. Breakfast on our 3rd day changed to a new location (IHOP) and led to a 1-2 hour delay for food. We also didn’t know the hotel was changing from Embassy Suites to Hyatt until our last day. It might improve once renovations are done, but it would have even nice to have a heads up about the disruptions in advance.

Everything was ok. Room was ok and clean. Carpet looked dirty. My son got hurt in the pool From the mosaic tile that was not in properly. I guess the safety check before the pool opened up to public was not assessed. My son had a big cut while swimming on his right foot when he stood up while swimming and put his foot down.he got cut from the tile in the pool. It still healing very slowly. We told the attendant right away . They brought the safety person but nothing was done or told to us. No one called our room or even manager to apologize. I met some old manager in the line while waiting at checkout. He was talking to other guest then he came towards me and asked you want to check out I said yes I want to tell them something that happen but he didn’t even ask and said ok. Not happy with customer service . I told the customer service the situation . I think they should have given some kind of discount or anything but just simply said sorry and didn’t even ask if my son is ok. He has taken two days off now from school. Not sure what to rate now after this experience. I will certainty go to marriot which we always go to in future.
