The host is amazing and extremely helpful to cater for everything requested. The property is literally opposite the most central point of Nha Trang beach with all restaurants and fun spots within very short walking distance. The difference in the stay was totally due to the host Ms Nhi who goes the extra mile to make your trip as pleasurable and comfortable as possible. We visited twice and both times had an amazing stay with have absolutely nothing to complain about.

Location is spot on, it's right next to the night market and super convenient to get to food around the area. Staffs are friendly and helpful. However, the hotel itself is the below the average. The room we stayed smells like sewage if you closed the windows, had to open the window during the day while we was out. Since there are 39 floors from this hotel. I would suggest you to have some patient waiting for your lift. Bottom line, if you're on a budget and want a great location, this is not a bad choice.

Awesome hotel awesome host!

Can't find enough good things to say about our stay. The room was immaculate with an amazing sea facing view + balcony, and the property being bang in the middle of the hotspots of Nha Trang we really had nothing more to wish for. However the ultimate winner for us was the speed and quality of the assistance that was provided by Ms Nhi (the host). Every request was handled quickly and well, even from before our arrival, and this really made the stay comfortable. And when you add in the value for money of the room rates, I know exactly where I will book when I visit next. I have booked over 370 nights on hotel.com and have to say this is up there with the best experiences so far. The only potential (minor) issue for some could be that there is a bar/club at the rooftop pool, and with us being one floor below the noise could be heard on some nights. It finishes within a reasonable time, so unless you go to sleep at 10pm on your holidays it shouldn't be an issue. We had an amazing view from the 35th floor, so no complaints from us!

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the location to be excellent. Situated in a bustling area with easy access to amenities and attractions, it's perfect for travelers. However, I must admit that the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. Despite the promising location, there's a definite need for improvement in maintaining hygiene standards throughout the premises.

Amazing experience at Panorama Nha Trang Hotel

I had an amazing experience staying at Panorama Nha Trang Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to the beach (less than 2mins), and close to restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas/ night market. The room was modern, clean, and spacious, with a stunning view of the ocean and city skyline. The bed was very comfortable, and all the amenities were top-notch. I especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette and the large windows that let in so much natural light. The rooftop infinity pool is a definite highlight — absolutely breathtaking views and a perfect place to relax. The gym was also clean and well-maintained. Overall, Panorama Nha Trang offers excellent value for the quality and service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nha Trang, whether for a short vacation or a longer stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I didn’t like the fact that I had to wait 10-15 mins to catch an elevator down to the lobby. I mean there’s literally 8 of them and every day I experience the same problem. It’s over crowded and it stops on every floor before hitting the bottom. It’s got to be the worse elevator system I’ve encountered during my whole trip in Vietnam.

I booked here before reading the reviews and that was the biggest mistakes of my trip. The only positive thing about this place is the location, otherwise it is a terrible Condotel that is infested with ants and cockroaches. We booked a total of three rooms. Two of which were infested with ants and cockroaches. When we realized this on the first night, we contacted the property manager. Though Nhi sounded like a kind person, the only thing they were willing to do was give us a new room the next day. They asked thay we stayed in the dirty rooms in the mean time. The reception even had the audacity to tell us thay because the unit was previously occupied by a tenant for a month, that this was normal to see cockroaches. So that is the standard they live by. I highly suggest staying anywhere but here.

オーシャンビューとルーフトッププール、３６階に泊まったので眺望良し。枕が汗臭くて床に落として使わなかった。TVが１チャンネルのみしか見れないので使わなかったがさほど気にならない。悪評高いが、個人的にはまた高層のオーシャンビューに泊まりたい。
