Please consider before book this hotel!!! I was severely disappointed and extremely terrified with this hotel booking. Upon arrival, I found the hallway completely unlit, creating an eerie atmosphere. An old mattress was discarded in front of the elevator, adding to the neglect. My room's city view was merely a backdrop of rooftop houses in the alley. The walls were scratched, dirty, and poorly painted, with shoe marks and sticky floors throughout. The makeup table was dusty, and the room felt cramped. To make matters worse, the receptionist was unprofessional. The lobby lacked air conditioning, making the space uncomfortable. Given these subpar conditions, I immediately requested a refund for my 12-day booking and checked out. Since August 17th, I've been working with Expedia and the hotel management to secure a refund for the remaining 11 days, as agreed upon. However, I have yet to receive the refund.
