Room cleaning ladies are very nice and helpful. Busboys at the breakfast area, young but work hard, very polite. Few things to be fixed like shower plumbing but room is very nice Gym need to be clean and more equipments. One thing I dislike is , at the Buffet, one chef in particular is speaking Vietnamese with another colleague was cursing and commented on women breast, very irrespectful and unprofessional.

Great Value

Excellent staff - especially Lieu at the front desk whom assisted us with arranging shuttle service when we departed. Great breakfast, nice pool & surrounds- would highly recommend- close to beach (easy walk), large room with French balcony - it was everything we needed & enjoyed

Great Service

Large rooms, great location - easy walk to the beach, great breakfast and service. Especially appreciated Lieu whom assisted us with getting our shuttle. Great value in this hotel - nice French balcony to get fresh air and view of the city and beach

We had a very nice view from our hotel room, and a nice balcony to sit on. There are a few restaurants and karaoke bars nearby, which were fairly loud, but we were still able to sleep.

This place was terrible. Staff were not helpful at all. Breakfast was terrible. Held in a huge ballroom with a huge buffet of nothing to eat. The egg station was manned by two teenagers who were more interested in playing video games than cooking eggs… and bacon? Well forget about that. The fridge in our room didn’t work and smelled… probably because it was from the 1950s but we eventually got that replaced with a new one. The pool area has no sun beds, no chairs, no towels, No Nothing going on. There are 3 lifts that weren’t linked so it could take 10 minutes to go up or down. My wife was in the lift on one occasion about to hit the button to go up when an employee jumped in and grabbed her wrist so he could push the button to go down. She complained at reception 3 times and they never came back to us once. I rang reception for ice on the first day and I was told to go to the restaurant. Bad enough but when I got there ‘ the hostess’ just stared at her computer and didn’t even acknowledge I was there. We had to ask to have the room made up everyday as it was getting on for 5.00pm. This place is also at the wrong end of town if you’re there for a few days . Not much going on and not even any convenience stores close by. You could go to the Lotte shopping centre but that was packed every time like it was the day before Christmas. Give this place a wide berth!

Hotelli ei vastaa neljää tai viittä tähteä. 2-3 on oikea arvio. Hotelli on joskus ollut hieno, mutta kaikki paikat ovat kuluneet, ja palvelu on tosi huonoa. Pari asiaa jotka olivat hyvin: Hotellihuoneen siisteys (vaikka olikin kulahtut) ja netti toimi hyvin. Sisäänkirjautuessa kerrotiin että lahjana saadaan hotellin SPAssa hieronta. Kun menimme autohallin läpi järkyttävää rappukäytävää SPAhan, meille kerrotiin että ei saada hierontaa vaan jalkakylpy. Hotellin kuntosalista oli myös hienoja kuvia. Tosiasiassa kuntosalilaitteet oli ylimmässäkerroksessa hallisssa, johon mentiin jälleen kerran kauan sitten siivottuja rappusia pitkin. Ei ilmastointia. Karu paikka. ei käyttökelpoinen. Hotellissa piti olla baari uima-altaalla. Todellisuudessa siellä ei ollut henkilökuntaa, eikä mitään myynnissä. Ensimmäisenä aamuna myöhästyimme aamupalalta koska huoneessa olevassa kirjassa sanottiin että se on klo 10 asti, mutta todellisuudessa sammuttivat ilmastoinnin ja valot klo 9:25 ja keräsivät tavarat a ruuat pois. Eli loppui 9:30. Aamupala ei ollut eurooppalaiselle mieluisa. Oikeastaan syötävää oli kaksi eri hedelmää, paahtoleipä ja munakas. Mitään leivän päälle laitettavaa ei ollut jos salaattia ei oteta lukuun. Olimme varanneet hotellin 8 päiväksi mutta lähdimme pois kolmen yön jälkeen. Ei lomaansa halua pilata olemattomalla palvelulla ja huonolla aamupalalla kun on tottunut että Aasiassa aamupala on yleensä tämän tähtiluokan hotelleissa todella hyvä. Ei ikinä enää uudestaan.

アップグレード無料のプランであきらかに空室が多くある感じなのにアップグレードなしで窓からの景色もシティービューなのに周りのホテルに囲まれていてホテルの壁しか見えない部屋をチョイスされて非常に残念でした。

Good hotel very close to the seafront

The room that we were given was excellent, it was one floor above and to the side of the pool. The room was huge, with curved floor to ceiling windows which gave us a great view of Nha Trang plus the beach and the sea. The staff were very good and there was an excellent buffet breakfast included in the price, The hotel is big and was pretty full as it is very popular with Russian and Chinese tourists so sometimes the foyer and breakfast buffet was busy but we had no complaints about our stay and would go back there.

제일 좋은 위치

나트랑센타 2~3분거리이고 담마켓도10분정도 걸렸어요. 호텔에서 나트랑센타를지나 10분정도 걸어가면 야시장입니다. 또 2분정도 거리에 유명한sen spa있어요. 오션뷰라 아침에 일출을 테라스에서 볼수 있었구요. 조식도 맛있었어요. 나트랑에서 어딜가든 제일 좋은 위치 입니다. 특히 투숙객 대부분 러시아 사람들이라 조용했고 방음이 잘되었어요.
