This property need to refurbish too old. Cloudy water at the pool do jot attempt to use it. Restaurant closed i 've travel 50meter for breakfast.

Executive Room with Sea View has great view

I booked the Executive Room with Sea View on Hotels.com listed as 25 m2. Including the bathroom, I measured only about 22 m2, but it's big enough for two people to live comfortably. The closet has two bathrobes for lounging around, but I think that's a standard in Nha Trang. Even 2 star hotels have bathrobes. The view is spectacular, no buildings obstructing your view of the ocean. You can go to the 18th floor rooftop pool for an even better view. The location is great. The beach and ocean is literally across the steet. For some reason, my laptop joined the wifi network, but I couldn't surf, but I hardwired to the router in the hallway and I was able to go online fine. The cyclo drivers outside will tell you their fares are low, but they primarily make money from kickback commissions from seafood restaurants and tour bookings. Breakfast was great. Room Tip: Executive Sea View room has a great ocean view

Very disappointing stay

Almost everything about the hotel was misrepresented. The price was excellent, but had to pay extra for my children because the reservation got screwed up. There is only one pool, not two. No towels provided and the pool was too cold to swim. The breakfast was Vietnamese only, no western food except eggs and bread. The tours provided were very poor quality, they use word games to describe what you get, so when they fail to deliver what they promise, they have an excuse to not resolve the problem. For example, on their 4 "island" tour, they actually give you 4 stops. So lunch at a low quality floating restaurant is considered an "island". The room was big and had a beautiful view, but the bathtub didnt have a shower curtain and a shower resulted in a flooded floor with no drainage. All in all a very disappointing experience. If the price wasn't so low, it would have been infuriating. This is not a 3.5 star hotel. More likely a 2.5 star.

The poorest staff ever. They do not know where things are around the hotel, and very unwilling to help you. They do not speak English, only bit of Russian. It seems like only job they are assigned to do is check in and check out. Very disappointed overall.

Bra läge.

Nära stranden, enda minuset är att man måste korsa den mycket trafikerade vägen för att komma till stranden. Pool, bar och restaurang på 18 våningen.

Varmaan ihan ok kolmeen tähteen...

Ihan ok hotelli 3 tähden luokitukseen. Venäläisiä ja kiinalaisia turisteja pääosin, niinkuin koko kaupungissa. Huone oli iso ja sängyt hyvät. Huoneen siivous oli vähän niin ja näin. Kannattaa valita ehdottomasti huone, jossa on merinäköala, se on tämän hotellin parhaita puolia. Henkilökunnan englanninkielen taito oli kehnonlaista, mutta asiat hoitui. Koko kaupungissa puhutaankin paremmin venäjää kuin englantia. Aamiaiselta ei löytynyt suomalaiseen makuun juuri mitään syötävää... Vaikka oli Buffet..

Wider Frontal View, about 30 feet wide

Fair to good deal for a room with that kind of hotel. We had 3 guys for about $58 included tax. Room is ocean view and it's great view. Breakfast is good, I think.

Good amenities, poor service

Located on Tran Phu, the street that is facing the beach, you have the convenience of restaurants, convenience stores, hawkers, coffee shops and tour agencies. The room itself is a comfortable size, and the breakfast buffet plentiful. The service however is poor. You will see the receptionists chit chatting amongst themselves, they won't acknowledge you. For 2 out of my 3 days there the wifi did not work, they offered no apologies. The only person that was professional and courteous was the bellboy, always greeting and asking about your day. I have stayed at many hotels in Vietnam, I have to say this was the poorest customer service I encountered.

객실은 청결한 편인것 같았는데 개미가 조금 나오네요 작은개미들이라 별로 신경은 안썼는데 참고하세요. 위치는 바로앞에 해변있고 무난하지만 최적의장소까지는 아닌것같습니다. 직원들 서비스는 리셉션 직원들은 친절한것같구 나머지는 그냥저냥인것 같습니다 옥상에 수영장있는데 아주작구요 그리 청결해보이지않기도해서 이용하진않았습니다. 제일 아쉬운게 조식이 별로였습니다. 딱히 먹을게없어요. 이번 여행에서 호텔 네군데 이용하였는데 조식은 제일 별로였던것같습니다. 또 돈 조금 더내고 해변뷰로 이용하였는데 조금 사이드로 보이는 뷰여서 그것도 아쉬웠습니다. 참고하시기바랍니다

I stayed in an ocean view suite which had a great view - if you are standing up. The view cannot be seen from sitting on a chair or in the bed. The room was nice and big with lovely natural light. The breakfast was below average. Overall it is a big impersonal hotel which is very close to the beach and only a short walk to popular restaurants and shops.

Good location, decent hotel!

Just oppositite the beach, close to many restaurants and bars, decent and clean rooms with many tv channels. Breakfast was nothing special but had a selection of foods. Staff was helpful in booking bus tickets for us for our further travels. There are many Russians in Nha Trang and in this hotel too, and the area caters a lot to the Russian guests, not that this was an issue for us, but it might be nice to be aware of. Would stay in this hotel again in we came to Nha Trang.
