On a back street with very steep steps - not for the faint hearted! Room was nice, clean. Breakfast didn’t work for us. We don’t eat pork or seafood and my husband doesn’t eat eggs and although there was lots of food, most contained one or all of these elements. In all it worked for the two night we were in Nha Trang- we eat breakfast elsewhere which was very nice.

Excellent, central, value hotel, new in 2018, so all facilities tip-top. Across from the beach, where they have a small private area. The staff were very friendly and professional and gave me exactly the room I’d requested. The breakfast buffet was amazing with most foods you could possibly desire, both Western, Asian a particularly good for vegetarians. I’d recommend leaving breakfast later rather than earlier though to avoid the hordes. Would certainly book again when in Nha Trang.

I had an executive double with sea view which was large and spacious with a beautiful view from the balcony, mini bar, robes, room service, bottles of water. And super clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, even letting me check in early. The breakfast was great - it felt more like a dinner buffet with the range and types of foods available. It’s not the usual western breakfast but you can get eggs and toast, cereal, etc. and it’s a good opportunity to try new foods. The hotel is right opposite the beach (down a little alleyway) and surrounded by lots of shops, restaurants, massage shops, and a laundry. It has a section of the beach for guests, with beds and umbrellas, but it’s across a busy road and the beach has no toilet or bar/food facilities, so it’s a few minutes walk back across the road to go to the bathroom. There is a rooftop pool but it’s small (not big enough to swim) and under a ceiling with open walls so doesn’t get any sun, so it’s not possible to sunbathe there, which was disappointing and not very clear on Expedia when I booked. I didn’t use the spa but it was large and clean, and the gym is well equipped and the view is spectacular. There’s no water available in the gym though, which was a pain. This hotel very much caters for a Russian and Asian audience but I really liked it. I don’t think it would be considered 5 star in Western Europe but it’s lovely and very comfortable and I would definitely go back.

Arrived early at the beautiful lobby and met with the staff at the front who were welcoming, efficient and fast During my stay everything went perfect. The meals offered were great and the guy from the kitchen and did room service was awesome as was the food I met with from staff and sought information and was helped by Mr Nam , Ms Von, Mr Vink , Mr Nhat ( spelling may be incorrect) Ass well as Ms Khanh. These people helped make our stay wonderful . It’s a place i would return to on my next visit

This hotel is a no frills accommodation. The pool is very small and the gym has limited equipment. The beach is very close and the hotel provides beach loungers. The beach lounger are shared with other surrounding hotels so on a busy day you may have to wait. The breakfast buffet was sufficient. The hotel staff at the front desk, the doorman, the restaurant staff were all amazing. They were always willing to help and meet our every need. Ms Quynh, Mr Vinh deserve extra credit for their wonderful hospitality. Thank you for a great stay

Honestly this is not a 4 star resort. I would put it at 2.5-3 at best. The hotel is horribly understaffed. While the staff there are very hard workers, are polite and try their best to make your stay pleasant, management needs to hire more. The hallways are dirty, rooms were only half cleaned, it’s very loud, front entrance steps were very slippery, and it smelled like cigarette smoke through the hallways. Check in took so long because of the amount of people checking in at the same. Elevators are quite slow, especially during peak hours. The breakfast buffet had a good selection, but if you weren’t there early you didn’t get fresh food or a seat to sit in. The workout room only has one treadmill and is connected to the kids play area so it is very loud. Just a warning to anyone going, this hotel is actually at the end of the beach area. It is not beachfront and you have to walk through an alley to reach it. The map on Expedia is incorrect and it is quite a walk to get to any of the main areas up the road. The room itself was nice, but small. The city views are lovely. Overall, I would not stay here again. I suggest spending a bit more and getting something better. If you’re booking this for the price point, keep in mind you get what you pay for.
