"Incredibly well located. Walked everywhere. Across street from hospital but very few sirens. I think the front desk persons name was Da. Whatever they are paying him is not enough! Currency exchange, directions and then problem solving on my phone charger issues. I had a good adapter but somehow had blown the cord. He even charged my phone at front desk while I went to buy another charging cord. Simple hotel. Breakfast ok, not spectacular but woman helping was so kind as I showed up an hour early. Guess the theme is the kindness of the staff. Highly recommend and returning for one night on my way back to the states. Rich "

"This was a great little hotel where the staff really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The rooms are clean and spacious, with large, walk in showers and soft beds. I had a small problem with my air conditioning on the second night, but the staff did everything they could to fix the problem, and even went so far as to upgrade me to make sure that my stay was comfortable. The breakfast is varied, with a range of Eastern and Western options which varied slightly from day to day. The location is excellent - on a more secluded street, but close to both the lake and the more lively tourist areas. Overall, it's a great hotel, with dedicated staff who elevate the experience. "
