Recently refurbished and even better Great proximity to shops and Vitam sports centre The staff are really friendly and helpful The only downside is the parking which uses the shopping centre car park which can get busy and is mostly restricted to vehicles under 1.9 metres high (though this is outside the control of the hotel)

On the border of Switzerland this hotel is very convenient for travellers. With access to great facilities such as supermarkets, shops abd restaurants, swimming pool, gym and climbing wall. Great staffs too.

Surprisingly nice location

We didn’t realise this was next door to a lovely water park Even better was that the hotel gave us complimentary tickets to use it - yes, free! There’s a shopping centre (and McDonald’s if you like that) in the same building Our room had a lovely view of the mountains (though at least 1/2 will overlook the shopping centre car park - so we were lucky) The only issue we had is that the car park close to the hotel has a 1.9m height limit and our car is 1.99 so we had to park a bit further away with the RVs - not really an issue

LACK OF MANNERS FROM SOME CREW MEMBERS

It was our first visit to Geneve, the Hotel was very comfortable and well located. Bad thing is that the lady in the Cafeteria area yelled at us because we put the salt container in another place (we were not done using it), she was not nice at all. I am not sure if it is a matter of culture (hopefully not) or her with personal issues, but it was very rude from her. We will definitely not going back to this Hotel again.

Très déçu de cet établissement. A l’arrivée pour la remise des clefs le réceptionniste a laissé sous-entendre que j’avais demandé un numéro de chambre en particulier, ce qui n’était pas le cas, puisque je ne suis jamais venu, je lui demande ensuite s’il est possible d’imprimer des documents dans le business Center, gros silence de sa part, il me répond que non, il n’y a pas d’imprimante, mais qu’éventuellement, je peux lui envoyer un e-mail avec les documents à imprimer. Chose que j’ai fait, il a râlé en s’apercevant qu’il y avait six pages à imprimer. D’ailleurs, l’espace business ne correspond pas du tout à un endroit professionnel, il s’agit d’une salle basse, en mezzanine au milieu des jeux des enfants. Donc pas du tout pratique au niveau professionnel. Il faisait une chaleur épouvantable dans la chambre, impossible de mettre la climatisation en cette saison, et la fenêtre ne se trouve que très légèrement, vous bénéficierez donc du bruit des gens qui discutent sous les fenêtres et de la circulation du McDonald juste à côté. Un samedi matin à 8h30, la salle de petit déjeuner n’avait pas beaucoup de clients, mais la majorité des tables avait encore des assiettes sales, non débarrassées, et le buffet pas approvisionné. Dans la chambre, vous aurez droit à des instructions de deux pages, avec des fautes notables, sur la bonne conduite à avoir dans l’hôtel, incroyable ! À noter également, pas de frigo, disponible pour des boissons fraîches. Le veilleur de nuit est agréable
