"While I will admit the hotel needs a refresh, it is a bit dated and needs more sockets near the bed for modern technology. However, we found the hotel clean, with enough towels and pillows, and the bed comfortable. As a wheelchair user, I found the room had enough clearance to move around with ease. The staff was helpful, and being able to park for free for nearly three days was a bonus.
There is a small co-op next door if you need to buy any supplies, etc., while the tram is just across the road and takes about 15 minutes to reach central Manchester.
If you visit on the weekend, you can get a tram travel card for £6.80, which is valid to travel in Zones 1, 2, 3 & 4 from 1800 hrs on a Friday night until Sunday morning."
