"This place is very out dated- needs a remodel. We saw several ants in our room. There was also a huge wasp in the room when we arrived. We had to catch and remove it ourselves. The sink in our room barely drained. When they came in to turn over room they only replaced towels did not make bed or clean up anything. They only give you two very small bath towels and one washcloth. Room was affordable but we definitely got low budget accommodations."

"Air Conditioning worked awesome, hotels not fancy but the price point was ok. No coffee on site or in your room. No filtered water to drink, no food on site. Just a basic room that was just fine. Pillows sucked but the bed was good."

"This hotel is in the midst of a major construction upgrade. We had one of the newly upgraded rooms which was very nice. The whole property, including the lobby, is essentially a “construction yard”. All be it off to one side, there was a huge pile of boxes of construction materials in the lobby. “The breakfast” was virtually non-exsistent - consisting of no more than two or three choices of cereals and a tub of apples and coffee. We had no advanced warning that the hotel would be in is state. We...

"This place is worth the money, but it's a 2*, so you can't expect much. You have 10 min to let them know if anything is wrong. I found out the aircon didn't work, but we were headed to an event, so didn't report it. I'm sure they would have found me another room, but we didn't feel like repacking and we were only there for one night. My suggestion. Is to che m the aircon right away if it's hot out. The staff was very accommodating."

"No AC or fans, windows only open 1/4th of the way so minimal airflow and the air is stagnant. No minifridge, coolers, or ice, as well as no vending machines so you cannot get food or drink once the amenity store closes. Public bathroom and shower only, in minimally usable condition, and only one shower for male or female. Bus station closest is not frequented, so you have to walk 20 minutes to the train station for public transport, which does not have sidewalks for a majority of the distance....

"This hotel is really nice, way better than I expected. The rooms are a bit old, but extremely clean and tidy. The service here is absolutely amazing. The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful. She gave me great travel tips, and even walked me to the room to explain everything in detail. She was warm and attentive the whole time, and helped me a lot. This is honestly the best hotel service I’ve ever had.
