"Brand new hotel in City Centre Surrey, close to Surrey Memorial Hospital, Guildford Mall, and easy access to the highway. It was clean and high quality because it was new. Housekeeping doesn't come daily, they said every 3 days, but you can request it. Buffet breakfast was decent (the usual with scrambled eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, toast/bagel, cereals, etc). Gym was good, beautiful views. Rooftop patio was beautiful with the fire on at night."

"The space was amazing for families. Beds were clean and comfortable, the kitchen was equipt with enough dishes. The first night the were a couple people fighting till 2am ( quiet time is 22:00-05:00) Needs a deep clean"

"We didn’t understand the parking situation so we ended up paying instead of getting a voucher but it all worked out. The staff was very friendly and the rooms clean. The building secure with a keypad check in. The only drawback which was not the fault of the hotel was some road noise and the many trains going thru at night. The window air conditioner worked well. It is early spring, I had to move rooms because heater willl take too long, the 2nd room was better since it is slightly smaller, and smaller amount of windows. "This hotel is in the midst of a major construction upgrade. We had one of the newly upgraded rooms which was very nice. The whole property, including the lobby, is essentially a “construction yard”. All be it off to one side, there was a huge pile of boxes of construction materials in the lobby. “The breakfast” was virtually non-exsistent - consisting of no more than two or three choices of cereals and a tub of apples and coffee. "This place is worth the money, but it's a 2*, so you can't expect much. You have 10 min to let them know if anything is wrong. I found out the aircon didn't work, but we were headed to an event, so didn't report it. I'm sure they would have found me another room, but we didn't feel like repacking and we were only there for one night. My suggestion. Is to che m the aircon right away if it's hot out. The staff was very accommodating."
