Great size, fully self contained apartments at very competitive prices. Staff at the front counter are always friendly. Crown on Darby is my go to accomodation when visiting Newcastle for wrork.

Very clean stylish apartment with everything you need including location right on Darby street with a multitude of restaurants and cafes at your doorstep. Harris Farms down the road for all your supplies if you feel like cooking. Room had a view over Darby street and security at night for access. I would definitely recommend a stay here

What a gem! Right in the middle of a very popular coffee/ restaurant strip & independent shops. Three minute walk to an amazing Art Gallery & entry to Civic Park which is surrounded by a number of significant historic buildings. Seven minute walk to the Foreshore, go left to the dockyards right to the beach or hop on the light rail. All rooms in the apartment were huge including the balcony. Plenty of room & utensils to cook & eat & the guest laundry was well equipped to complete any washing you need to complete. Unit was spotless.

Cooks Hill is a beautiful location a short walk to the city and unlimited pubs, restaurants, and cafes right at our doorstep. The accommodation is clean, new and all the facilities you need. The rooms are quiet, almost sound proof and if you like a sleep in you can close off the light totally. All the facilities you need with a kitchenette. Definitely the location is the biggest plus. Newcastle is the coolest and most underrated city in Aust.

The hotel was in a very convenient position so we were able to park the car and leave it for the length of our stay and move around by foot or light rail. We also enjoyed catching the ferry to Stockton. The staff were friendly and the room comfortable and clean.

Friendly and efficient check in. Great sized room - very clean and well set out. Really liked the location - right in the heart of Darby Street, close to lots of cafes, restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay again when we’re next in Newcastle.
