"The general cleanliness and condition of this hotel was poor. The floor of the room was sloping and was quite dissorientating when walking into the bathroom. In the bathroom, the shower curtain was stained and looked unclean. The wastebin looked very poor with a rusted lid. Bathroom floor not very clean and the grouting was missing from the corners of the bath. The paint was peeling of the inside of the windowsill. In the room, the kettle was grubby and had to be washed before use, the glasses...

No-one available to speak to, in-person, at check-in. We were in the family room, at the back/outside of the property. Whole room smelt of grease due to the chip shop adjoining the hotel. "The room was cleaned from the previous tenant. The bed was dirty and there were beer glasses everywhere and the bathroom was filthy. We could not stay the night and are in the process of getting a refund! "
