"Breakfast was ok. There were lots of carb options but only boiled eggs for protein. Staff was ok, but only one lady seemed to be remotely knowledgeable about the area and actually advised us how to get to Penn Station. Upon arrival/check in the beds were clean and room smelled fresh, however, there were dirty dishes in the sink, no toilet paper on a roll they were sitting underneath the cabinet instead. Not all of the lights worked in the room either. The bathroom vanity light was all we had because the shower light wouldn’t come on. Not all of the lamps worked or had bulbs. And the blinds were torn as well. I did speak with the staff about my concerns and was told they’d put in a ticket but no one ever came to fix or even check on anything. My stay was the 6th - 11th. I did enjoy the shuttle service to/from the airport but my children hated not having a pool available. The pool is open, but only for the British Swim School participants!"
