"Quiet block"

"Summit is a nice upscale "North Eastern" town, with a very walkable downtown. The DeBary Inn is a large charming old house, on a nice lot, within a 5 minute gentle walk to downtown cafes and restaurants. We chose a large room which was very comfortable. The bathroom could use a newer and better shower head, and the toiletries were very low-end. The continental breakfast was minimal. There was no coffee/tea in the room, but there was a refrigerator and a microwave oven. There is a single serve...

"This was the most terrible place I ever seen verie ghetto in the hood front door wide, open people could come in and go as they please, no security or surveillance.I had no key for my room.It was a shared space which they didn't say in the beginning run , when you see the name of this motel"

"There is stuff on the floor, its not clean at all!"

"Bathroom was dirty upon arrival. There was a dirty towel on the floor in the bathroom, as if it was just used. There was hair in the shower and on the toilet and on the sink. There was also hair on the pillows as if the pillowcases weren’t changed. There were people up in the shared living area and very loud until after 1 am. Worst experience I have ever had. I hope the property will make it right and refund me for my one night stay."

"It's a nice looking property from the outside but not in the best of neighbourhoods. The smoke detector on the 2nd floor didn't have a cover on it so not sure if it worked. I had to ring the owner up at 23.00 as I couldn't get the front door opened. You had to pull the handle as you entered the door code."
