"On arrival, I found they added a surprise $40 per day "Access Fee" for the hotel. You'd think you'd have access when you've paid for a room, but not here. A shady way to dramatically change the cost of your stay once it's too late. They also put me on the 3rd floor initially, and the room was shaking ..."
