Room was clean, staff were very polite and friendly, Airport shuttle is a great option. The beds were really comfortable, bathroom is very nice. Felt that the room is a bit smaller but not a problem for our stay of a family of 4. Easy access to subway. I had a great experience during my stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend it.

Excellent customer service. Fells like a Resort. Clean rooms. Complimentary Robe and slippers. Spacious bathrooms. The only thing missing is a tiny shopping spot where guests purchase snacks, drinks, toiletries medications like Advil & Tums.

Overall, I had a good stay. The room and hotel was very clean and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I was disappointed in was the restaurant. The breakfast I had was not good. I’d probably not eat there again.

Very fancy hotel for the price! Loved the room and bathroom…felt very luxurious. The bed was so comfortable and it’s really nice that there are water bottles complimentary. My only issue was that the pool is closed from 1-5 pm for cleaning Monday through Friday. It doesn’t make any sense to me because I feel like that’s when everyone wants to use the pool? But other than that, it was a great stay.

Although our stay at the Westin was brief, we loved this hotel and the room! Very modern but with all the necessary amenities! The room was very clean and the beds extra comfy. The shower was also very spacious, clean and comfortable. I totally recommend staying here.

The property and room are very clean and well appointed. The check in associate, Lucien, was helpful and very welcoming. The shuttle drivers were excellent and timely. I did not use the amenities, but they seemed ample. Great neighborhood for food. Close to train station to get anywhere in the city. Very walkable area.
