Rooms were outdated and in poor condition. Overall, substandard for a Sheraton Hotel. The bathroom light in our room didn’t work properly - though the hotel staff changed our room to a higher floor when we raised this issue. Staff were generally quite helpful though.

Been Traveling to NYC for years, and this is my worst experience ever. - Took me an hour to check in because the hotel prioritizes the check-in for group tours and airline staff - The elevator was not working during the first night. It took us 20 mins to get from the lobby to the 7th floor because of the traffic in the elevator section. The elevator was acting up and there were so many people, which was hardly a scene in a hotel in NYC - The first room we got had blood stains all over the bed sheets - The second room we got placed in still had yellow/brownish stains on the bed and the bathtub curtain - There was no free drinking water, and everything needed to be paid extra - The Starbucks took 30 min in line - The bathtub got clogged and took one hour to get the engineer to come This hotel is terrible and I have no idea how it is rated as 4 out of 5 on Google Maps. Expensive and worst service attitude.
