We had a very nice clean room with an amazing view of the manhattan skyline. The staff was friendly. The location is great. There are so many great restaurants nearby and the Tangram Mall is a block away.

I found it to be a good experience. Breakfast, I think, should have a little more variety. The rooms are clean and large, the bathrooms have hot water and are spacious. The location is good, and access to the train is close.
