One minute walk away from Madison Square Garden! Very convenient for my concert that I attended especially for walking in heels. Room and bathroom are small but just enough so that we could get ready and sleep. AC kept us nice and cool. Would stay again if I ever need to go to MSG again.

The property was very old and pretty damn expensive at the price. The washroom was too smelly. The room had a mini wall AC which was just beside the bed. Would not recommend staying here. Spoilt our stay in New York. Honestly a one star property.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Room was dirty. There was a wet used face towel in the bathroom. I requested stay over cleaning service on my second day but never received. The front desk looks like a convenience store with a lot of posters on the wall and not very clean.

It's a very convenient location and cheap. The room is decently clean but dont expect any desks. The facilities are clearly dated and the noise from the street and people walking in and out their unit kept me up. The area is very convenient, just 1 1 block from Penn station, but there are a lot of sketchy people in the area. The hotel is reasonable for its cost. It is good to crash for 1 night but not when you are going for a relaxing vacation.

I would stay here again. I loved the price and the location but it is a no frills place. The light bulb was burned out in my room and the second day they replaced it with a pink light bulb. We never got the TV to work. There were two pillows only in the room.
