As an avid traveler i was expecting a far more better establishment than had been advisement on Expedia.
Once we arrived at the hotel, there was no designated parking for the off loading of luggage.
The parking deck (if you you want to call it that) was very small and congested.
Once i had checked into and proceeded to my assigned room; there was no elevator. Having to climb the stairs with luggage was a little challenging.
Once i entered the room i noticed immediately that the room was not what was advertised or quality for price that i had paid.
The issues are as followed:
1) Dark and Dingy
2) No adequate lighting
3) Smoke detector was missing
4) The Security chain and lock was broken
5) The bathroom was dirty and without towels
In summary: I checked out immediately and moved to another hotel with better accommodation and amenities.
In summary:
I would not recommend this hotel to any of my business clients, friends, or family members. I will be inquiring about receiving a full and complete refund
