The room was good, although there was some noise at night....I think it was the aircon systems, eventhough ours was off at night. The hot water didn't work for a day, but they fixed that quickly when reported, I was disappointed that they charged $4 per bag for holding on day of departure & arrival. ...

Lotte New York Palace
Great staff all around! Beautifully decorated for the holidays. Nice, long and spacious room directly overlooking St Patrick’s Cathedral. Very centrally located!
