"The location was the main reason for booking this hotel. We got around the city easily. The room was nice, standard stuff. The elevators. As many as there were, were slow and somewhat confusing. Better signage on each one would help guide people which ones will go to which floors."

"Wonderful location and elegant property. Even if you don’t stay there, it is worth a stop to admire the stunning lobby. Had a great stay: bed comfortable, easy walk to shopping, Times Square and grand central. Good walk to theatre and museums. The toilet was leaky and constantly refilling all night, ..."

"It was very dirty in my room, hair all over the bathroom. I paid for a good view and the view was horrible. The sink and toilet were still dirty from the last people. Never would go back again terrible hotel"
