"Third stay at Hotel St James, my “go to” venue for NYC stays. Clean comfy room and helpful staff. Conveniently located just off Times Square. A short walk to either 47-50th St (Rockefeller) or 42nd Street (Times Square) subway stations, between these two you can get to almost anywhere in NY quickly and cheaply. I look forward to staying again on the future!"

"A pleasant-enough boutique hotel, and check-in was smooth and easy, but for the price I’d have expected not to find door handles and the toilet paper holder both coming unscrewed! We also found someone’s underwear behind the dresser, and when our linens were changed, the old washcloths were removed but no new ones were brought. I would probably think twice before staying here again,"

"The rooms were very spacious and the location was amazing! The staff was very helpful with extra pillows and blankets. The only downside for us was that the air-conditioning was a little inconsistent (but it kept us plenty cool at night), and there was no washer and dryer available for guests or even on site laundry. Other than those two things, we loved our stay at the Hyatt Grand Central and will definitely stay again!"
