"Love my stay everytime"

"Room had a great cross-breeze and was very clean and comfortable. We checked in over the phone due to a late connection, staff was great and helpful. Only dings were a bathroom door that wouldnt latch, and the batteries ran out on our hotel room door so we were very temporarily locked out, which panicked my autistic kid. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Was so much more then I thought a stay could be! Everything provided! Kitchen had dishes, griddle, toaster oven & coffee pot. Comfy bed, clean re model bath. Even offers bikes, pool towels and beach stuff. We will be back!!!!"

"The rooms were clean and well-organized. However, the air fresheners had an overpowering scent that could affect guests with allergies. The shower was also clogged, and despite reporting the issue, no one came to fix it."

"Housekeeping was every day and they did a great job. I had the one bedroom and it was worth it. Lots of closet space and drawers. Fully equipped kitchen was nice. Everyone was very friendly."

"room was clean and cutely decorated. Room located on the pool was very convenient for come and go. Easy beach access one block away. locks worked great. lighting of the pool deck at night was good. there could be one chair in the room to help us older folks while getting dressed or just drinking coffee. Maintenance man and key housekeeper were very nice"

"This was my second time staying here and the stay was just as great as the first time. Everytime we need to stay in Clearwater Beach we will be staying here."

"The room was dirty, cockroaches and other insects in our room. Moved to a new room, it had dirty sheets."

"Tv didn’t work No WiFi . Mattress was hard. No courtesy at all.."

"The room was without a doubt the worst room I have ever been in. I have been fortunate enough to stayed in many hotels/motels around the USA and the world. none have been as poorly maintained as the Park Motel in Tampa Fl. We were only in the room for approximately 20 minutes before leaving and finding other accommodations. I have photos to document the condition of the room. Paint peeling off the ceiling acoustic panels in the bathroom bowed and dis-colored from rain damage rust on the...
