Pool looked nice but was way too packed so we didn't get a chance to use it. Convenient having the buffet there but too expensive for the kind of food that was there. Rooms were perfect. Staff are amazing. Washing machine and dryers there but time it well cause they were always in use when we were there. Parking is a mission, we paid for parking but found someone was always in our paid parking.

Disappointing this time round. Previous trips have been fab but we were let down this time by grumpy reception staff (1 day and 1 night staff),a filthy bathroom with poo from the last guest (which they quickly returned to clean but this then, of course, put the cleanliness of the rest of the room into question, and the buffet dinner has totally gone to the pack with zero red meat options at all!!

Very nice modern hotel but our room was cold, I turned up the thermostat but didn’t make any difference until I tuned it to 24o, I’m not sure if it’s controlled by reception? bar staff were lovely and there was 50+ booked for dinner, there were no reserve signs on the tables apart from the birthdays being held so we nearly ran out of seats, but overall it was a lovely stay.
