The floor plan and number of bedrooms was great! It needed to be cleaned and had some broken and beat up stuff. It just needs some TLC and it would be great!

Excellent condo close to French Quarter

Each bedroom has its own private bath. The beds are extremely comfortable. Keyless entry to property and condos. The pool and hot tub are very clean and well maintained.

This was a beautiful place with great amenities. The unit was very clean with updated bathrooms and kitchen. It’s a perfect place to stay if you have a large group. I would definitely do it again. The only issue is that if you need anything you have to message management and wait until they get back to you. However, they are generally pretty responsive.

The Condo was very clean and good location. I would recommend blinds getting installed in the main area to block the sun in the afternoon. The street noise was a little loud at night but that is to be expected for NOLA. Over we would stay here again.

Loved how spacious the Unit was. We had a 4 bedroom unit. Each room had its own bathroom! That was great! The beds were comfortabl. It was overall a great stay! The only complaint is there was no full length mirror. I would definitely stay there again

Beautiful upgrade interior, very spacious, clean and smelled great. Great location but the parking garage for the property is dirty, tight and possibly unsafe. The communication was very automatic, mostly was through emails snd texts, not very personal. There are quite many rules and restrictions. Late check-in time And early check-out time created some inconvenience for our group. Significant charges for early checkin and late checkout. Besides these issues, we really enjoyed the place, a very great price for the suite. Will consider staying there again

Stayed at this spot for 3 nights with 5 other people. The room looked great and very modern. Each room had its own bathroom which was a plus. The reason this places loses 2 stars is because the walls are very thin. You can hear other guests In the rooms next door and above us. The worst sound came from outdoors. You hear every little sound from outdoors. We were woken up every night around 3/4am due to random sounds outside. The walls are not thick enough to limit any type of sound. I value sleep so even though the place looks amazing, it seems like a place that was built fast and cheap to just cater to short term rentals.

Terrible Customer Service

Good luck getting a hold of anybody before your stay. When I finally did, the property manager was very rude, condescending, and had a power trip when his poor customer service was questioned. I had booked 2 condos and The Eleanor claimed there was a payment issue but they had incorrectly tried charging me for both condos at once when my payments were split to one at the time of booking and the second about a month prior to my stay. I had reached out via their portal and called multiple times but did not receive a response. When I finally got a hold of someone, I was met with a condescending attitude and was threatened with canceling my reservation because I gave back the same attitude I was given. All that I needed from the property manager was an apology for the mix up and for him to work towards a resolution instead of telling me I was wrong, when I had multiple methods of proof that they were in the wrong. The property itself is in a great location and was beautiful. We did have an issue during our stay with the battery in the lock dying, and someone promptly came out to replace it. Based on my interaction prior to the stay, if there were any other options that held my large group the way I wanted, I would have canceled the reservation and booked elsewhere. After my stay, I would love to go back if there is some training on customer service, and an easy way to reach the property if there are issues prior to the stay.
