Beautiful small boutique hotel in great area near shops and restaurants and in walking distance of the French Quarter and the WWII Museum. The room had a sitting area and sleeping area. The best part is this hotel is filled with unique and interesting decor that makes it a truly memorable experience.

Great old house nicely kept up. Simple but good breakfast pastries. Owner would benefit from some hostelrie skills guidance. Unhelpful and dismissive of most enqueries.
The manager was rude and unhelpful.
Our toilet did not flush properly
We had 1 think blanket each
Very bad quality bedding
Mattress was the worst I’ve slept on in years
Breakfast was limited to pastry, meat and eggs & granola
No milk alternatives
No gf options
I’m a vegan and only had pineapples to eat
Had to eat out which was not the point of staying at a b&b
Was super noisy
Black mole on the roof above our bed
We paid over 500usd per night and it was more of a 120$ place
Very disappointed
The chambermaid was kind and friendly
But the manager Brian was terrible
Deceptive business practices- we paid for a bed and breakfast experience and were NOT informed that there would not be any breakfast at all during our stay. The website and booking through Expedia both stated that breakfast would be available, that was a lie. There were beverages offered but that was a slap in the face. The Orange juice was so rancid and disgusting I thought there was poor alcohol or something rotting in it.
Update your website and immediately inform your paying customers of your policy changes. Highly disappointed and will most likely not be coming back to this location.
Ficamos encantados com a beleza do hotel e do quarto. O ambiente é super aconchegante, muito limpo e organizado.
A localização excelente com fácil acesso aos principais pontos de interesse.
Voltaremos com certeza!
My boyfriend and I stayed for the weekend. I used to live in New Orleans and loved the feel of the Inn, it's location, and that we were able to walk to a park, restaurants, shopping and the streetcar. Street parking was free and plentiful, and check-in was easy, even after hours! The staff was friendly and responsive. The room was so cute, and the breakfast delicious! I can't say enough! I travel to New Orleans several times a year and we will definitely be back!
We loved the character of the property! Excellent food and service! Very convenient for taking the trolley around town. Would love to visit them again.
Very unique historic building with a lot of character. Walkable neighborhood, close to the cafes and shops on Magazine Street. Amazing oak-lined streets.
Nice stay. Charming historic property. Our room was clean but we did see (and kill) a couple of cockroaches. Breakfast was excellent. It is set in a quiet neighborhood, close to the St Charles streetcar.

If you enjoy antiques and architecture from the late 1800s, this is your kind of place.
The room was small. The breakfast was very average, not much different then most hotel chains.
IThe bed and bathroom were cleaner than the chain hotel we stayed in the previous night. Since the windows did not seal well, especially at the bottom, the sills were quite dusty and dirty even on the 'grand' staircase
The staff are very friendly and attentive. Very knowledgeable about the area. Honored special requests easily. The balcony was awesome. We enjoyed that every room was different. They said the piano in the dining room was owned by BB King's grandparents and that he grew up playing it. Not sure if that's true but it sure added some fun for my daughter playing it. The location is fabulous which made it so easy to get to the wedding venues, the streetcar, the garden walk. Awesome! Great New Orleans vibes. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
This inn was in a perfect location just far enough away that it was quiet at night but close enough to experience all the city has to offer. The room was filled with antiques and comfortable, although there were a few issues with stairs/plumbing etc as one would expect in a historic property. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
The property overall was extremely clean and well-kept—breakfast in the morning was always timely and a good start to each day! Room was cosy and extremely clean.
I was late arriving to the property, but was sent sufficient information to be able to find my keys and get in. It might have been better to have sent the message about late check-in earlier—I didn't receive anything until I happened to connect to the airport wifi, so perhaps messaging the day before travel might have been better.
It took a bit to learn the best routes from the property over to the Central Business District—some of the routes didn't feel particularly safe, but this is more a reflection of the city.
There was limited interaction with staff—in the morning they would announce when breakfast was ready, and I managed to catch the owner on the desk to ask about storing suitcases after check-out for evening flights. Said storage is leaving it by the desk, which didn't feel particularly secure, so perhaps having a locked cupboard somewhere for that purpose would be useful.
Overall, I would recommend the property if you're looking to get away from the busier areas of the city and want a more leisurely pace in the morning (breakfast was served at 8.30, which made it hard to then catch transport over the CBD or French Quarter).
Would also note that perhaps having some instructions in the room for the coffee machine and shower would be useful!
