The hotel was rich in history and beautifully adorned. While the rooms are smaller, the patio really made up for the experience! Staff was great, kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location and staff. Hotel is undergoing renovations. Room was old and small. Access to courtyard was a bonus if a little awkward. Pool and fitness center was closed for renovations.

The Omni is a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, which we really appreciated. The rooms were nice and the overall hotel had a classy feel. That said, it definitely was not a quiet stay. We could hear a lot of noise, and there was construction happening inside the hotel during our visit. The valet service was convenient, but the valet attendant could have been friendlier. For the price and reputation, I expected a bit more. Still, the proximity to everything made the stay enjoyable overall.

It’s nice being in the French Quarters. Everything is within walking distance. I didn’t like construction going on and the elevators were slow and unreliable
