"The hotel was nice overall, but I was disappointed that the room doors didn’t have an interior safety latch or swing-bar lock. As a parent traveling with young children, that extra layer of security provides peace of mind. I hope the hotel considers adding them in the future to make families with kids feel safer during their stay."

"Such a wonderful find!!! This hotel is made up of two mansions on Esplanade Ave. between the French Quarter and Frenchman St. The rooms are well appointed and cozy. The pool and hot tub (even in the summer) was absolutely amazing after a long day walking around the town. This is our new favorite place to stay in the city we love."

"You will not find a better room for a better price anywhere in New Orleans. Location and parking was great and easy! Rooms are huge! This isnt just a room, its a one bedroom apartment! Full kitchen with silverware and cookware! Big bathroom, big bedroom! Balcony! 2 Swimming pools! A beautiful courtyard! It really does not got any better than this! Trust me. I've stayed here twice and I will be staying here again!"

"The hotel seemed a little “rundown” but it was secure, mostly clean, had a pool, and a great price! There was a huge gap the whole way around the door and no black out curtains so it didn’t get very dark in the room at night. We were in room one and could hear a lot of road noise but that isn’t the fault of the hotel, just an FYI. I received the gate and room codes via email and had zero issues. When booking your room, make sure you choose to have parking included. I would stay here if I were in New Orleans again!"
