The hotel was excellent, staff were friendly and attentive. Valet parking is required and so thankful for it! This part of NOLA can get very busy and parking is nonexistent!

The room and property was very clean and modern. The bed was extremely comfortable and spacious. The bathroom had a tub and rainfall shower head. There was also a full length mirror. The staff made the stay welcoming. The bar and resturant was an extra bonus food and drinks were amazing.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at the JW Marriott New Orleans on Canal Street. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The rooms were beautifully designed, spotless, and extremely comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully considered. Great location, but too loud from outdoor music at night even though across canal street from French quarter, and it’s after Marti Gras. Also, hotel lobby and bar music spills too much into biz office rooms, cannot hold remote meetings there. Minor gripes, everything else make this a place I would come back to.

Nice hotel for the area, but I wasn’t thrilled with the rooms based on the price I paid. The bathrooms have a sliding door with no privacy—you can see through the sides and basically see everything—and there’s only one small towel holder. The staff was great, and it’s super easy access to Canal St; Bourbon St is within walking distance. Overall, nice lobby, but I feel like I overpaid.
