We had a few issues with our first room but they came in fixed the issue and it happened again. They wasted no time to move us from our room to another. Hotel was slightly outdated but still amazing. Friendly and welcoming staff. The lobby feels like an art gallery. The room was quiet and comfortable. The location is a short walk to Canal Street. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops are nearby. The bar looked amazing; I was sad I wasn't able to grab a drink during my stay.
