Liked: Location in the arts district was good and allowed us to walk to key attractions. Did not like: Staff was not friendly for the most part and cleaning staff did not vacuum the hallway in front our room, which had pieces of paper strewn all over, for all 3 days of our stay. Also our first assigned room had an active, constant roof leak from the A/C unit and I had to complain to corporate office to convince the front desk clerk to switch our room! Better customer service and cleaning of hotel is needed.

Great location! Staff was attentive and responsive. The refrigerator did not work initially, but was promptly remedied after repair/replacement was requested. I like the option of having to request housekeeping and being able to moderate air conditioning! Wished they had real oatmeal instead of instant, but having a free continental breakfast was a nice touch.Had a very nice stay.
